This business is a market disrupter of lead generation saas products In highly regulated environments. They are one of the UK’s leading customer acquisition specialists and they are expanding rapidly across the UK, via both organic growth and M&A activity.

As Product Owner, you will oversee a team of designers and engineers as you develop, map and deliver user-centered Digital Products to meet the needs of their customers.

Leading the internal business process of their customer experience team and CRM or B2B management, you will engage with customers, review feature requests and analyse research and data. You will identify gaps in products and commission new features to meet customer needs.

Managing your team, you will oversee the prototyping of potential solutions and use validation methods to establish viable features that produce value whilst remaining compliant with policies and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

• End to end product management experience

• Experience running morning ceremonies

• Extensive experience using Jira and Miro

• Experience in CRM analytics

• Experience in delivering meaningful insights from customer behavior and customer journey related data

• Relevant experience in an agile delivery framework, including strategy and planning

• Research and analysis skills to track product usage and determine customer and business trends

• The ability to lead, organise and provide designers and engineers with a clear vision
