One of the UK’s biggest, most reputable and award-winning media broadcast companies are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join their Digital Products division. You’ll be working alongside some of the most talented digital minds in the industry across a portfolio of platforms and innovative apps. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about building digital products, above all has an eternal focus on the user and how they interact and use digital products. You’ll be an important part of the strategic product Deisgn/definition planning, scoping and management of the Product roadmap.

Responsibilities

• Understand the companies ambitions, mission goals and objectives, support the product strategy for customer-facing VOD products, articulate and manage priorities identify opportunities and clearly communicate to the wider company
• Evangelise the user as the primary focus and basis of the company’s success in every product consideration decision and in all communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Support the head of digital products define prioritise are maintained strong innovative product road map for portfolio VOD products
• You will take ownership of key experience driver’s capabilities across all supported platforms and have responsibility for the strategic direction prioritisation and delivery of product evolutions and enhancements
• You will use performance data and insights to develop a deep understanding of the users and target audiences
• Understand user behaviours and drive key decisions new features and enhancements and improve efficiency
• Help establish and refine working practices within the team, particularly the agile process and product management
• Develop put definitions for new initiatives prioritised based on user business values and write product briefs epic’s features user stories to enable delivery

Ideal experience

• 3 years min in a product role (PO or PM)
• 2 years+ as a (Senior) Product Manager
• Must be able to take about taking at least 2 products/major features from idea to release
• Comfortable thinking and planning strategically but also supporting Product Owners with user stories
• Worked in Agile env
• Exp working with delivery teams and also senior business stakeholders
• Bonus points for having worked with different streaming platforms: Web, Connected TV, mobile and and understanding of streaming architectures/components; CMS, VMS, CDN, DRM
