Senior Digital Business Analyst

The Business Analyst will report directly to the Product Owner, supporting them in the development of core products. Their main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, performing QA and user acceptance testing and acting as the main business contact for supporting end users.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding user needs and identifying business requirements,

• Documenting existing and to-be business processes,

• Analysing user requirements, identifying and refining solutions

• Leading continuous improvement projects relating to the systems and processes

• Performing user acceptance testing and coordinating stakeholder involvement

• Confirming requirements are fit for purpose and solutions meet business needs

• Leading product demos

• Supporting system deployments and solution implementations

• Managing project delivery from conception to implementation

• Lead stakeholder meetings and manage communications to core stakeholder groups

• Explain complex requirements and use data to influence decision making

• Ad-hoc reporting and provision of management information to senior stakeholders

• Supporting end users with process and system issues, including root cause analysis and

  issue resolution

• Liaising with external suppliers and third party vendors and providing account management

• Act as a domain / Subject Matter Expert and represent the products by liaising with

  other teams on system integration

• Training support teams on new system features and functionality.

Technical Requirements:

• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Teams, SharePoint and Visio

• Competent using a range of project management software including Jira / confluence

• Basic understanding of XML

• Familiarity with ERP systems and system integration

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and Scrum
