Senior Product Manager – Data & AI

Salt are working with a retained partner in Stealth Mode, looking for a Senior Product Manager to join the business to help scale their Enterprise Data and AI offering.

Location: Remote

Salary: Up to £150,000 base + LTIPS

You’ll be joining a business on the edge of hyper growth, working alongside their Head of Product and GTM teams to launch their Data and AI SaaS offering utilizing state of the art technology to help solve some of the most complex problems globally, with high impact.

This suite of products will be a true game-changer, positively impacting people’s lives and helping protecting tomorrow, attracting interest from the largest tech companies globally.

Due to the current ‘Stealth’ status of the business, further information can be released upon process progression.

Here are some key skill areas they’re looking for:

• Experience shipping AI and Data products to an Enterprise Customer audience. This is VITAL. You’ll be managing customers at C-Level and interacting with the biggest Tech companies out there.
• Strong 0-1 and 1-100 Product experience in fast paced Tech companies. You’re a go getter, can run with things and have entrepreneurial resilience.
• You’re commercially minded and customer centric. Getting inside the problem and building the right solution.
• You can work remotely with a willingness to travel globally. This is a Global role with a global customer base.
• You’re passionate about technology and excited about changing the world for the better.

You’ll have the opportunity to Interview with their Head of Product, talking through your success and failures, approach to product and passion for building game changing tech solutions.

The second Interview will be panel based, presenting a hypothetical case study to a panel of interviewers. You’ll learn how they work and showcase your skills when presenting at board level.

The Final round will be with C-Suite, sense checking their fit for you and yours for theirs. After all, this is a small but growing team and cultural fit is vital.
