Senior Product Owner CRM MS Dynamics

Salt are working with one of the UK’s most recognised Fintech subsidiaries as they look for an experienced Product Owner to lead the vision and strategy around how Dynamics 365 CRM is implemented across 3 of their major brands.

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Product Owner or Lead Product Owner to define the success of their Dynamics strategy and have significant impact across the organization. The Senior Product Owner will initially be leading two BA’s across 3 squads looking after CRM and will quickly be hiring another BA and Product Owner. By the end of the year there will be five plus direct reports and ever-growing squads tackling this complex problem space.

This is an ideal opportunity for a Senior Product Owner to leverage their extensive experience shaping Dynamics365 implementation, features and modules, to step into a leadership role and leave a legacy at on the UK’s most successful FS companies.

If you have experience across the following it would be worth a conversation:

• extensive CRM background, whether that be as a consultant or CRM Team Lead.
• Comprehensive MS D365 experience.
• It would be advantageous if you’ve shaped solutions in FS or another regulated environment.
• Exposure to Finance and sales CRM capabilities.
• Experience leading teams in an agile way.
• Bonus if you’ve launched Finance modules and ERP for Finance departments.

With multiple locations across the country, you can be based anywhere in the UK, with bi-monthly travel to your nearest office hub and 1 day a month in their London HQ.

As part of the interview process you’ll speak with their Head of Product, showcase your technical D365 and CRM skills with other team members and meet HR to gauge on the culture of the business.
