Job Title: Senior Public Sector Solutions Consultant – Healthcare

My client, a Global MSP Provider has partnered with a leading Healthcare Document Solution provider, where they’re revolutionizing digital experiences. As a Senior Public Sector Solutions Consultant, you will be a key player in their mission, focusing on the healthcare sector. They’re seeking someone with a strong consulting background, blending technical and digital marketing expertise to advise and guide leading public sector organizations in the UK.

As a Senior Solution Consultant, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to their customers – the UK’s leading public sector organisations. Focused on healthcare, you’ll provide an understanding of their business landscape and objectives – demonstrating and articulating the value of their solutions and how they optimise and support their digital strategies to evolve and transform citizen experience.

You’ll provide our customers with advice on digital change, helping their Public Sector customers set the vision for digital initiatives, focusing on how they evolve and transform citizen experience and optimise their organisation. You’ll act as a strategic advisor and be capable of translating business objectives into actionable recommendations on how their Experience Cloud and Platform can help to optimise digital strategies and support digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to public sector clients, especially in healthcare.
• Provide insights and strategies for digital transformation programs.
• Collaborate with sales, technical, consulting, and customer success teams.
• Craft compelling presentations and case studies.
• Stay updated on digital technologies and marketing trends.
• Conduct and execute customer workshops.

Requirements:

• Experience in public sector consulting, preferably in healthcare.
• Understanding of technology and its role in digital transformation.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and emerging trends.
• Exceptional presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to identify and address critical business issues.
• Experience in crafting user experiences and value propositions.
• Self-motivated and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with marketing/ad technology e.g. analytics, personalization, web content management, digital asset management, Email, DMPs, CDPs, DSPs, Ad servers etc
• 2+ years pre-sales experience
• 5+ years consulting experience
