Technical Product Owner – OSS / BSS

Technical Product Owner (OSS/BSS) required for a leading client based in London (remote-based) to join them on an initial 6-month contract role

The candidate should have at least 12 to 15 years total experience in Telecom OSS/BSS including experience as a hands-on Product Owner with a minimum of 1-year experience

The Product Owner must have OSS/ BSS experience with extensive technical design expertise of Service Assurance, Network Assurance, ITIL/ITSM, Monitoring (application, performance, network resource etc), CSM (Customer Service Management) and Customer Service Portal capabilities and experience or solid understanding of ServiceNow CSM/ ITSM/ ITOM implementation in Telecom domain

Technical Product Owner will drive the prioritization of the developments, developing plans and roadmaps, using your skills in the domain, product management and stakeholder management.

Skills needed

• Solid understanding or design exposure in ServiceNow capabilities (CSM, ITSM, CMDB, ITOM and portal) implementation
• Experience in Telecom Service Assurance platforms (customer issue management, ticketing, inventory management, service & network diagnostic, network monitoring (application, experience, performance, resource), workforce management, self-service fulfilment)
• Stakeholder management: proactively and continuously engage with stakeholders on an informal, as well as formal basis.
• Certification in a 1 or more recognized Agile Methodology eg CSPO, SaFE
• Sound knowledge of ITSM processes with a certification in ITIL is a major plus
• Strong appreciation of networking, both at the management, control and data plane level.
• Experience in supporting the MNC customer contracts will always be an advantage.

This role will be remotely based throughout the duration of the contract.
