This is an up and coming Agile advisory firm who want Agile superstars that can coach anyone across the spectrum, not just tech teams! For example, work alongside a global business marketing team who have no idea about software development, but you can help them become more agile in their way of working and thinking.

Main Responsibilities

• Create an approach that focuses on creating a narrative that anyone in the business can understand and apply, whilst diving into more detailed recommendations at a team level, having understood their context and needs.
• Working across different sectors for some of the best brands on the market
• Working with Senior Level Exec’s to businesses teams and perhaps only a handful of software teams you will then advise them on their agility and how best they can ideally work better as a team
• You will be providing coaching, training and facilitation to help transform the way these business teams work, you will do this through a number of creative ways, perhaps workshops or even the odd Lego game :p

Desired skills

• Great at quickly building strong relationships, across different levels of seniority
• Good at designing and delivering simple yet inspiring sessions
• A passion for changing the way big organisations work and the future of work
• Strong empathy for what individuals within these teams will be going through
• Not put off by the idea of traveling to the US and Europe to work with clients

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate’s will receive a salary between £50,000 – £75,000 + Benefits
