The UK’s leading diagnostic and healthcare solutions provider is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Associate Project Manager to join our growing Digital team. In this role, you’ll play a key role in supporting the successful delivery of diverse projects aimed at improving healthcare for millions of patients.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Operational Leaders and the Digital team to ensure seamless project execution on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
  • Understand project scope, gather requirements, and create comprehensive project documentation.
  • Orchestrate meetings, tasks, and resource allocation for optimal project efficiency.
  • Assist with procurement and contracting processes, navigating the technical landscape.
  • Analyze potential risks and benefits of proposed solutions, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Facilitate project meetings, clearly communicating expectations and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress, quality, and address any issues promptly to maintain on-track delivery.
  • Safeguard project integrity by maintaining accurate and high-quality documentation.
  • Analyze data, interpret results, and communicate insights effectively.
  • Manage project estimations and develop tools to refine and optimize processes.
  • Track achievements, expenses, and success metrics to demonstrate project value.
  • Ensure smooth payment facilitation by monitoring project-related logistics.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous process improvement.

What you bring:

  • Understanding of technical implementation aspects, including interfacing, testing, and core IT technologies like databases, servers, networks, and VPNs.
  • Grasp of technical architecture implications when implementing digital solutions.
  • Proven experience managing complex technical IT projects and system implementations.
  • A track record of facilitating and managing change within healthcare or similar complex environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, able to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Ability to synthesize multi-disciplinary information and develop effective solutions.
  • Thrives in fast-paced environments, prioritizes effectively, and delivers results on time.

Bonus points:

· Experience with healthcare data and analytics.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

· A passion for innovation and driving positive change in healthcare.
