Change Lead – Location Strategy (Outside IR35)

The role As a Change Lead, you will be accountable for the design and implementation of change and communication plans plus providing stakeholders with a clear understanding of impacts from a process, technology and organisational design perspective. In this role, you will work closely with the workforce location strategy program team, functional leads, and HR leadership to advise them on considerations regarding impact to the functions and employees across each phase of the project (from Discovery to Hand-over), plan and prepare communications to embed change. The Change Lead will also be responsible for ensuring a consistent and repeatable approach, frameworks and methods are applied across all the functional projects.

• Partner with stakeholders as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor to determine and implement the right change strategy and approach at a program and project level
• Engage with functional leaders, program and cross-functional teams to drive the change agenda
• Develop change management strategies and work with a cross-functional program team to integrate change and communication activities into overall function transformation and transition plans including knowledge transfer, ramp up and stabilisation.
• Prior experience in the design and execution of at least 2-3 operating model/location strategy projects within a GBS / Shared Services transformation program
• Understanding of the global market employment rules and regulations relevant for the design and execution of change and communication plans
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to influence effectively at different organisational levels and in ambiguous situations
