As a Delivery Manager, you will be the vital link between our clients and internal departments, working closely with their UK-based fully remote development, support, and sales teams. Your primary responsibility will be to shape and maintain client relationships, ensuring that we exceed their expectations.

Responsibilities

Technical Understanding: Be responsible for supporting the delivery approach for our entire product set, demonstrating a high degree of technical understanding

Team Collaboration: Build a collaborative and motivated environment within cross-functional teams, including development, testing, and support

Client Relations: Interact with clients and stakeholders, ensuring projects meet requirements and expectations.

Communication: Attend client calls, make notes, identify and follow up on actions, and schedule follow-ups both internally and externally

Release Management: Assist with client communications, including project releases and their contents.

Team Leadership: Lead peers through different phases of the product delivery lifecycle, setting the pace and ensuring teams work towards delivery commitments

Roadmap Accountability: Collaborate with peers to define the roadmap and resourcing for current and future developments.

Project Planning: Communicate and plan using collaboration tools

Strategic Contribution: Interpret and expand company and product strategy in the short and long term

Duties

Measure value to clients and internally.

Track resource usage for financial accounting and resource planning.

Monitor third-party performance and build relationships with them.

Advocate on behalf of your team, successfully responding to challenges.

Support effective budget and resource management within project constraints.

Essentials

– Strong inter-team communication and collaboration skills

– People leadership experience (4+ people)

– Experience with Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC)

– Project management best practices and certificates

Desirables

– Experience with SaaS products.

– Previous use of the Modified Waterfall development model.

– Experience with medium and large enterprise clients.

– Familiarity with Cloud infrastructure.

– History of leading mid-sized teams, working with small remote teams, and juggling varied workloads.
