**Responsibilities:**

As the Digital Delivery Lead, or perhaps you are a Digital Programme Manager, you will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, taking ownership of end-to-end delivery planning and alignment in our client’s Journey or Ecosystem & Enablers of Tribes. You will ensure that the desired outcomes for your tribe/squad are achieved and drive strategic transformation across front-to-back squads. Your responsibilities will also include:

– Managing a high-performing team of Digital Delivery Managers, fostering a collaborative and accountable environment.

– Driving adoption of our clients agile delivery approach, promoting innovation and efficiency within the teams.

– Handling impediment and dependency management across Tribes, ensuring seamless progress.

– Taking charge of Pi Planning or large digital transformation programs, keeping them on track and within scope.

– Building and maintaining strong working relationships with key partners, both internal and external.

– Providing guidance, support, and, in some cases, line management responsibility to a group of Delivery Managers.

**Ideal Experience:**

To thrive in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experiences:

– Experience in managing a multi-project portfolio, demonstrating exceptional organizational and prioritization skills.

– Proven stakeholder management abilities, effectively communicating with various teams and individuals.

– Project management accreditation, showcasing your expertise in delivering successful projects.

– A track record of delivering technology and organizational change, adapting to evolving business needs.

– Prior experience with PI planning and knowledge of agile or similar delivery methodologies.

– A minimum of 3 years’ experience in traditional project management techniques.

– At least 2 years’ experience in Agile or similar delivery methodologies.

– Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is considered a benefit.

– Experience in working with websites and B2C apps, ensuring customer-centric digital solutions.
