Experience and skills required for the Project Manager, ITSM Project manager, ServiceNow Project Manager
· Must have minimum 8+years of experience as Project Manager
· Should have good to have exposure on various ServiceNow modules like CSM, FSM..etc
· Should have good understanding of ITSM processes
· Good to have experience of handling projects in Telecom domain and preferably in ticketing solution.
· Desirable – at least 1 implementation of ServiceNow as project manager
· Proficient in managing project plan, scheduling with tight control over budget
· Must be proficient in tracking activities daily along with customer project manager.
· Should be very good in producing reports and presentation as required.
· Must be good in stakeholder management, manage escalations and collaboration with all stakeholders
