Scrum Master

Scrum Master | Design and Innovation Consultancy

(£500-£550 per day – London – 3 months rolling)

My client are a leading Design, Product & Innovation consultancy working with a leading Financial Services client. We are looking for a Scrum Master who has experience working in the digital innovation space and has the following experience:

– ability to deal with senior stakeholders and maintain appropriate reporting

– managing stakeholder sign-off

– managing / oversight of project specific RAID logs and appropriate escalation / mediation of issues to wider governance

– 10 years(+) agile delivery experience

– deep understanding coordinating product backlogs & mobilising scrum teams to deliver against challenging time frames

– plan/run consecutive 4 week sprints to deliver prioritised product backlogs to achieve tangible reportable benefits

– experience in tracking build and managing delivery to time across multi-disciplinary teams (UX, UI, Product, Tech etc..)

– agreeing criteria for product ‘minimum viable build’ and tracking completion of delivery

– defining critical success factors and tracking of overall KPIs to confirm delivery

– managing cross functional, cross product, cross location teams on a daily basis

– chairing and running daily stand-up meetings and linkage to overall Scrum of Scrums for cross project dependencies

– ability to maintain overall build priorities and arbitrate changes with product owners (master and servant role) to ensure overall target benefits are delivered in any revised priority to product backlogs

Agile coaching:

– ability to coach and mentor core team in Agile delivery; with explicit support for transfer of knowledge to core team

– extensive banking / process / Customer Journey experience

– credible banking knowledge

– understanding of E2E processes

– understanding of customer journeys and impact on customer experience
