Salt are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to work with a Global client on an international SAP S/4 HANA Implementation. This would be an initial 6 month contract based in Sussex.

Experience:

• Proven experience in Business Process and use case modelling within the Retail Industry
• Strong Tech/SAP experience ideally on S/4 HANA programme
• Experienced in working in a cross-functional organisation structure and co-ordinating multi disciplined teams
• Demonstrable influence and credibility with Senior IT and Business management
• Encourages continuous improvement and embraces change.
• Advanced analytical and problem solving skills, able to resolve problems with a resilient disposition.
• Self-motivated and process driven, with experience of working in a high-pressured environment, working to deadlines and using own initiative.
• Good level of interpersonal, commercial, prioritisation and resource management skills.
• Has strong planning, communication and presentation skills.
• Acts and Leads with Human Sensitivity

Qualifications:

• Educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Preference for BCS and/or CBAP certification.
