This organisation is now looking to radically improve their corporate Finance function. We need someone who can help define and develop a learning and development programme to bring the right digital skills to the global finance team.

Responsibilities

• Define and develop a learning and development programme to bring the right Digital skills to the Finance team
• Establish and lead a Digital Finance Community to the platform for collaboration, exchange of best practices, enhancing learning and creating an experimental environment.
• Lead change management for the entire Digital Finance programme, developing a clear narrative and activate different methods to embed the critical changes in behaviours and ways of working.

• lead change management in a global organisation
• demonstrate a passion for learning and developing others
• leverage technology to deliver both of the above
• This role will suit someone who is either finance professional or change management professional with finance curiosity
• Has a great understanding of Digital is vital
• Strong Change management skills experience, project management or programme management

This is a highly successful and progressive organisation which offers good career progression. The successful candidate will receive a basic salary of up to £87,000 plus a benefits package and Bonus.
