Senior Program Manager

Salt have partnered with one of the UK’s leading consumer subscription services giving customers access to independent producers across the globe.

They are looking for an experienced Technical Programme Manager to manage the governance of a 3-year and 8-figure digital transformation programme, ensuring the implementation stays on track, within budget and aligns with strategic goals.

You’ll work closely with their Chief Digital Officer in driving the transformation forwards, collaborating with a variety of stakeholders across Tech, product, marketing, ops and finance.

You’ll create and maintain project plans and roadmaps and process maps to ensure clarity and accountability, facilitate financial reviews whilst identifying and mitigating risk whilst keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.

Experience they are looking for:

• Demonstrable experience managing large scale, multi-year transformation programmes in consumer facing digital or tech companies.
• Experience working with technical and product teams.
• Proficiency in project planning tools and agile/ scrum methodologies.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Hybrid working from central London Office location 2 days per week.

The interview process spans two stages:

• Intro call with CDO
• Final Round with Head of Product and CTO.
