Job Title: Tech Manager

Location: Fully Remote (UK BASED)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £75,000

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Tech Manager to manage a team of Project Managers. As the Tech Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects on time, within scope and budget. You will also be responsible for managing a team of Project Managers and overseeing a team of engineers, so a technical mindset is required-

• Manage a team of Project Managers and oversee the delivery of multiple projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Identify project risks and develop risk mitigation plans
• Ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to senior management
• Mentor and train Project Managers to ensure their success
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and clients

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in project management
• 3+ years of experience in managing a team of Project Managers
• Proven track record of delivering multiple projects on time, within scope, and within budget
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
