Technology Project Delivery Manager

This is a chance to work for one of the worlds largest independent marketing services in the world. They are focussed on the development of global end to end marketing solutions, with a particular focus on POS, promotional products and print serving some of the most iconic brands across the globe.

The Technology Project Delivery Manager will be responsible for leading the technology project management function, with the support of the PMO & QA Director.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for the day-to-day technology project management function, and technology implementation for key global / regional projects

· Work as a core member of any key technology project team and provide expertise around project management

· Lead technology project meetings with the ability to translate business goals into a project road map with milestones and deliverables

· Work with other areas of the business to implement projects by creating and maintaining project plans for operational readiness

· Determine prioritization of work with the regional technology solutions & product team within projects and scrums

· Manage activities related to delivery of technology projects both large scale projects and smaller agile sprints

· Design and develop detailed business case proposals, scope documents and project plans against all agreed projects

· Track / report progress for all technology related developments utilising the companies development project management tools

· Ensure all projects adhere to agreed schedules, and flag risk and mitigation plans where required

· Prepare necessary presentation materials and supporting collateral for meetings where required

· Provide project updates to all levels of the organization including the C suite

· Development of detailed Visio / flow maps for all projects where required

· Ensure all documentation is maintained and stored appropriately for each project

The ideal experience required

· Considerable experience in technology project management and managing large-scale, cross-functional projects as the lead PM role

· Experience in both waterfall and agile project methodologies

· Dynamic, positive, focused, pro-active, and entrepreneurial attitude

· Ability to work on various types of projects and adapt to each situation seamlessly

· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
