Job Title – Business Analyst – Digital Transformation

Location – London, United Kingdom

Salary – £60,000

Workplace Requirement – 2 days on-site per week

Are you an experienced Business Analyst with a passion for driving digital change? My client is seeking a talented individual to play a key role in analyzing business processes and identifying opportunities for digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather requirements and analyse current/proposed processes.
Define project scope and create business cases.
Document current state analysis.
Develop metrics and KPIs.

Essential Skills:

5+ years of Business Analysis experience.
Experience with IT-based projects (e.g., data warehousing, system integration).
Relevant Bachelor’s degree.
Business Analyst Certification (e.g., Agile, Lean 6 Sigma) OR substantial experience.
Social Care or Healthcare sector experience is a MUST.
