Data Engineer

We have partnered with a leading B2B marketing and events agency that plays a crucial role in helping global technology brands build senior executive relationships. They are seeking a Data Engineer to oversee their data management and acquisition strategy, which is central to their B2B marketing operations.

In this role, you will lead a small team and be hands-on with data engineering, pipeline optimization, and system integration. You will collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to define a data roadmap and continuously evolve the company’s data capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of data pipelines and reporting environments.
• Collaborate across departments to enhance data usage and streamline workflows.
• Provide leadership on data security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
• Drive data governance, analytics, and integration strategies to support business objectives.
• Mentor and manage a small data team while remaining hands-on with technical tasks.

Location: Central London – 1 day a week in the office

Salary: 60k
