· Experience in CRO. Ability to design and implementation experimentation tests using Adobe Target · Good JavaScript, HTML and CSS coding skills · Experience in AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) is Desirable · React/Single Page Application experience is beneficial · Some experience in UX/UI design would be a plus · Solid understanding on how data layers work · Fundamental understanding of GTM · Experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics · Knowledge of how browsers, cookies, storage and HTTP protocols work is essential · Understanding of statistical concepts (e.g., propensity modelling, hypothesis testing, regression analysis) · Migrated to or worked with GA4 would be a considerable plus · Looker Studio and Big Query expertise would be highly advantageous · Strong prioritization and stakeholder management skills |
