The company are looking for an Engineering Manager to join them to support and contribute to the strategy across the tech team. A role model for the brand, you will provide coaching and leadership to drive capability, ensure training and continuous learning.

Although this is a leadership role, the company use tech across Native Mobile, Java, React and AWS. Experience and technical understanding in one or more of these is required, with ability to understand good practices and principles.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Lead or Senior role to step up into a Management position. Supporting the upper management on the leadership, development and strategy in the business to help drive the success of people and processes.
