I am recruiting multiple Mid and Senior Java Engineers on behalf of this software company who have significant investment from one of the largest financial institutions in the country.
In just a few short years they have grown an engineering team to over 100+ in just a few short years and are planning to continue that trajectory – meaning there’s excellent opportunities for career progression here.
The product you will be working on here is one of a kind and will transform the way small businesses operate in the future – exciting stuff!
As a Java Engineer, you will be delivering as part of their exceptional mission team on greenfield projects, support and overseeing other junior engineers as a subject matter expert in your field.
You will work with stakeholders across the business to drive the direction of their engineering and put the long-term interests of customers at the heart of key decisions, collaborating across their backend chapter to uphold standards and best.
You should have strong experience with SpringBoot and/or Micronaut, Kubernetes/Docker, AWS (or another modern cloud provider) and message-driven architecture (ideally using Kafka)
The total compensation for these Java Engineer roles ranges between £100,000 to £130,000 depending on experience – this is also a remote-first position (London HQ if you do want to go in)
