Junior IT Technician, 1st line Support

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior IT Technician to join a Leading Global Digital Marketing and advertising agency. In this role, you’ll play a major part in the smooth operation and support of our clients I.T. services. This will involve you working with colleagues locally and internationally using ITIL practices and supporting toolkits to provide an SLA driven, high standard of IT support. You’ll help facilitate collaboration and the delivery of first-class work across the agency.

Working within the End User Support team, you will need to be able to; troubleshoot issues in a timely manner, possess good fault-finding abilities, combined with excellent communication skills when dealing with customers. You must have a genuine passion for new technology and embrace our cloud-first approach to all things technology. A can do attitude and a willingness to intergrate and function with other members of the team is essential and will be your superpower!

The role

· Log tickets into ServiceNow

· Communicate and work closely with the Team members

· Act as 1st line of support for all Windows and Apple support issues

· Acting as 1st level support for peripheral device issues

Ideal experience

· Windows 10 O/S

· Apple O/S

· Apple Hardware (iMac, MacBooks, Mac Pro’s)

· Dell Hardware

· Microsoft Office 365

· Microsoft Teams

· Cloud PBX

· Full Adobe Creative Suite

· Help Desk call logging software

· MFP Printer (Xerox)

· Colour Copiers (Xerox)

· Mobile Communications (iPhone)

· Video Conference facility

· Teamviewer support
