Role: Staff Software Engineer

Salary/package: Up to £130,000 + 40% equity

Location/WFH policy: Fully remote (UK based only)

I am partnered with one of the UK’s leading HealthTech companies who are on an unique journey to change the way healthcare is delivered. Their vertically integrated clinical and pharmacy platform powers a personalised, end-to-end healthcare experience. My client has never needed funding and doubled their revenues last year to over $40 million.

Responsibilities

• Provide architectural leadership and hands-on engineering contributions with a focus on tackling complex technical tasks on greenfield development projects
• Work in a cross functional environment alongside the design and product teams, supporting them design, prototype and create new product ideas
• Build a fantastic engineering culture across the business
• Mentor other engineers and help them excel in their engineering career

Required skills

• Minimum 5+ years experience working with Java
• Strong knowledge of microservices and Spring
• Previous track record of working in a cross functional environment
• Solid architectural and system designs skills
