Job Title: Lead Dynamics Engineer

Location: Central London, UK (1 day a week in the office)

Salary: £70,000 per annum, plus competitive pension and bonus

We are partnered with a prestigious and iconic British institute seeking a talented and experienced Lead Dynamics Engineer to join their dynamic team and help support a team transforming.

Key Responsibilities: As a Lead Dynamics Engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Utilising your extensive experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Business Central capabilities and architecture to drive innovative solutions.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyse business requirements and deliver tailored solutions that align with our institute’s objectives.

• Leading and mentoring a team of Dynamics engineers to ensure the successful implementation of projects.

• Keeping abreast of the latest developments in Dynamics technologies and applying them to enhance our systems and processes.

Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Business Central capabilities and architecture.

• A deep understanding of Dynamics 365 and Business Central, with a track record of successfully delivering solutions in large-scale environments.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of engineers.

• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing technical challenges.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
