Job Title: Senior Shopify Developer

Location: UK (Remote with hybrid office presence – 1 day a month)

Salary: £75,000 per annum

Position Overview:

As a Senior Shopify Developer, you will be critical in enhancing the e-commerce platform’s functionality, user experience, and performance. You will be at the forefront of our technical team, driving innovation and ensuring our platform remains competitive and user-friendly.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain custom Shopify themes, apps, and features to enhance the e-commerce platform.
• Optimize website performance, ensuring fast page loading and a seamless user experience.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends to continuously improve the platform.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a team learning and growth culture.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Shopify Developer with a strong portfolio showcasing your Shopify projects.
• In-depth knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant web technologies.
• Proficiency in building and customizing Shopify themes and apps.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize code.
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A self-driven and motivated attitude with a passion for e-commerce and technology.
