Software Developer (C#/.Net)

I am currently partnered with a local government agency in Central London who are looking for a Software Developer to join their team on a exciting 2-year project.

The Developer is responsible for the implementation design and development of software throughout the agile development lifecycle of Revenue, Online, and Corporate Applications.

The role holder provides general and/or specialist expertise to ensure that the software developed meets the quality expectations of stakeholders and standards expected by my client.

Skills Required

• Expert in recent version of at least one development language such as C#, Java, Javascript, SQL, and Power Shell
• Expertise in developing, supporting, and maintaining large transactional databases with large data volumes
• Expertise in developing, supporting, and maintaining primarily Microsoft SQL Server code artifacts such as Functions, Stored Procedures and Views
• Demonstrable experience of proactive delivery of business critical, high profile, systems with tight, rapid, iterations
• Demonstrable experience of outstanding team work and excellent collaboration with a wide range of delivery teams
• Azure Dev Ops

Nice to have/s

• Previous Public Sector experience
• Previous experience working on applications for large-scale transportation companies. Ideally rail.

The role is signed off for a initial 12-month period, however, the project is earmarked for a minimum of 24-months.

Also, the role is INSIDE IR35 & paying up to a maximum of £500 per day DOE

This is a hybrid role with 2-days per week in the clients offices in Central London, with 3-days WFH.
