Software Engineering Manager – ERP – Retail Brand

Are you an experienced ERP Engineering Team Lead/Manager looking for a new challenge?

I am recruiting for an ERP Software Engineering Manager on behalf of a major online retail brand who are undergoing a pivotal digital transformation journey in the company’s history.

In recent times they’ve headhunted industry leading figures in the industry at board level, who have a proven record in elevating online retail businesses through technology, so this is an exciting time to join the software engineering team.

They have 10 engineering teams in total – the team you will be leading will consist of a Technical Lead, various levels of software engineers and QA’s.

They are looking for Software Engineering Leads/Managers who have:

· Proven experience leading & scaling product engineering teams & delivery

· Previous domain experience within fulfillment/supply chain. Bonus points for experience with technologies like AWS, Dynamics365, Navison, SQL.

· Ability to be an active contributor in technical discussions with the engineering team, advising best approaches to take to achieve architecture goals.

Whilst you’re expected to be an active contributor in technical discussions, the SLT don’t expect Software Engineering Managers to be writing code.

For this Software Engineering Manager role they are paying upto £110,000 plus 15% bonus and other great benefits.

Based in Central London, they operate a hybrid working model, looking for people who can come into the office 2-3 days per week.
