Essential experience
Cisco professional level qualification (CCNP/CCDP)
Knowledge of configuring and managing VoIP CUCM
Experience in Layer 2 and Layer 3 technologies, configuring and supporting virtual LAN systems on CISCO equipment, including QoS.
Knowledge of IT security policies
Data and VOIP rollout experience
