Must haves –

Proven experience in Test Automation – we use Selenium & Java.
Experience in API functional testing (with any API testing tool like Postman).
Experience in API automation like REST Assured libraries.
Experience creating testing frameworks.
Experience in Scrum & agile working.
Retail experience is strongly preferred for ease of transition – but any transactional / commerce experience is helpful (incl. third-party integration with enterprise software).
Understanding mobile automation would be helpful, even if not practically done by themselves.
