Software Developer in Test – Java, Spring, BDD – FinTech

I am recruiting multiple Software Developers in Test (SDET) on behalf of this software company who have significant investment from one of the largest financial institutions in the country.

As a Software Engineer in Test, you will help define and implement the testing strategy across their products. Working in customer-focused agile delivery squads, you’ll be collaborating with product managers, designers and software engineers to define the next iteration of this business.

You’ll take the lead on testing features and defining new approaches to testing, as well as providing technical mentoring and oversight to other QA Engineers in the team.

You will need to have strong software engineering experience using Java and Springboot, as well as experience with automation frameworks like Selenium, Cucumber JVM, Appium etc. You should also have a strong understanding of behaviour-driven development (BDD).

The total compensation for these Software Developer in Test (SDET) roles ranges between £80,000 to £115,000 depending on experience. They also offer excellent benefits such as high bonuses, 10% pension (non-contributory), 30 days holiday (plus bank holidays) and many more.

This is also a remote-first position (London HQ), they’d like to see you 1-2 days per month.
