* Manage the design and implementation of target operating models directing the evaluation of
service offer and policies so that the ‘traditional thinking’ is challenged, and innovation pursue
* Assesses OD needs of operating, business, and functional units
* Analyzing business structures, procedures, processes, and the utilization of resources.
* Understanding of organization design principles, business / functional value chain and restructure
activities / departments through in-depth study and propose alternatives to Business / HR Heads
* Manage the designing and maintaining the job matrix of all jobs in the organization

* Manage the development and maintenance of organizational structure, by
understanding the departmental operations and best practice of workflows
* Manage the design, development and implementation of the organizational structure. This will
include supporting with job design, role profiling, role to job mapping and capability definition
(incl. gap analysis, capability planning, job description writing and staff mapping)
* Define the main principles for the creation and evaluation of job across the Group.
* Maintain internal equity across job evaluations through sound and consistent
application of Job Evaluation (JE) framework, standards, processes, and tools including in-depth
analysis/assessment of job contex
