Job Responsibilities:

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition, the TA Specialist will be a key member of the centralized talent team.
The TA team will manage roles from various business units and service lines
This role is work on high volume vacancies. Aiming to make around 5 – 10 hires per month across the region, possibly handling up to 25 hiring demands at any given time.
The recruiters will manage demand planning, Sourcing, interviews and client management
