Affiliate Marketing Manager

Our client, a successful e-commerce business is looking for a talented Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their expanding team. This person will be responsible for developing the Affiliate program for the Marketing Department.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify opportunities for growth and present to senior stakeholders in the business.
• Co-ordinate with marketing and content teams to develop relevant material for these channels
• Report Performance of all digital marketing campaigns and identify insights and usage to enhance performance.
• Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, tools and applications.
• Suggest and implement new creative campaigns to develop brand awareness.
• Monitor the performance of all affiliate marketing campaigns, analyze data to optimize the digital strategy, identifying opportunities and conducting testing across all channels.
• Create all trackers and reports to drive growth of the affiliate marketing function

Candidate Requirements:

• Good knowledge of the digital space;
• 3 years experience in affiliate marketing
• B2C experience preferred
• English speaking/reading/writing a must have
• Hands-on mentality a must
• Extraordinary attention to detail;
• Excellent event planning and execution skills;
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude;
