Director of Growth Marketing

Our client, a technology business based in Dubai is looking for a Director Of Growth Marketing to drive digital marketing analytics, user acquisition and Attribution to join their growing team.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage Online Marketing verticals across Acquisition, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social, content and advertising.
• Execute acquisition strategies to drive long term revenue change
• Improve marketing Infrastructure and automation
• Grow user base
• Define the online marketing strategy and have an influence on digital activities.
• Manage and execute shopper marketing budget to generate positive ROI
• Hire, develop and retain top talent
• Initiate media automation to strengthen brand presence and paid growth efforts.

Requirements:

• Strong commercial background
• Keen to work within a startup environment
• Has a passion for technology and digital and has worked previously for SaaS/fintech or App based businesses.
• Has international experience working in different markets
• Strong examples of previous leadership and best practice on optimising existing teams
• Ideal candidate will come from a hypergrowth online business
• 10+ years experience within Growth Marketing and Acquisition
