Position Overview
Our client is looking for a talented Head of CRM and Retention to join their growing team.
This global business is keen to create a new focus on Insights that informs business decisions on an international scale.
Responsibilities of the job include:
- Delivering CRM inline with an agreed strategy
- Liaising with product teams and other internal stakeholders to deliver business objectives
- Technical campaign planning
- Analysis and report generation
- Operating broadcast tool on a day to day basis e.g. Making selections, setting up campaigns, reporting etc
- Working with the wider agency to deliver best practice campaigns and strategic projects
- Ability to make recommendations and suggestions to improve existing campaigns and always strive for continuous improvement.
Skill set
- Agency side/consulting or Client-side will be considered
- Responsys/Braze (or comparable ESP) experience a must
- SQL experience required
- CRM experience within a digital environment is required
- Up-to-date knowledge of marketing technologies (MarTech) and digital experience platforms spanning Owned, Paid and Earned / Social Media
- Interpersonal skills managing and co-ordinating various stakeholder requests and objectives
Candidate requirements:
- BS or MS degree
- 5 years experience of marketing, CRM or loyalty analytics
- Loyalty or membership experience is a huge bonus
