Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing and PR Professional to join our client’s team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate marketing and public relations, with a proven track record of creating and executing successful campaigns that drive brand visibility and lead generation. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker who can elevate the company’s brand and strengthen its position in the competitive Dubai real estate market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the company’s objectives and target audience, focusing on both digital and traditional channels.
- Brand Management: Enhance the company’s brand identity through consistent messaging, visual branding, and targeted marketing efforts across various platforms.
- Public Relations: Manage all PR activities, including media relations, press releases, event management, and crisis communications, to maintain and enhance the company’s public image.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and analyze multi-channel marketing campaigns aimed at driving awareness, generating leads, and supporting sales efforts.
- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, newsletters, social media content, and website copy, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.
- Digital Marketing: Lead digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media campaigns, to increase online presence and engagement.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities, providing insights that inform marketing strategies.
- Partnerships and Events: Identify and manage partnerships, sponsorships, and events that enhance brand visibility and engagement with key stakeholders.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing and PR activities, using data to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years in marketing and PR, with specific experience in the real estate industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, with a proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing and PR campaigns.
- Skills: Excellent communication, writing, and presentation skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
