Our client, a renowned events company, is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Manager to join their growing team. This individual will play a critical role in developing effective strategies, recommendations, and frameworks that enable our clients to achieve their business and communication objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and execute annual cycles of activities to captivate and engage target audiences for their specific product, service, or brand.
- Collaborate closely with senior marketing and sales leaders to shape the marketing strategy, driving toward business objectives and revenue targets.
- Attain goals through sales, subscriptions, registrations, retentions, and renewals.
- Design, plan, and implement multi-channel campaigns that align with customer value propositions, effectively drawing in and captivating specified audiences.
- Conducts comprehensive market research to grasp customer insights, competitive landscapes, and industry trends. Utilizes metrics to drive informed decision-making and strategic plans.
- Identifies fresh prospects and prioritizes Key Engaged Marketable Audiences (KEMA).
- Leverage technology platforms to furnish comprehensive reports, revenue analysis, forecasts, and performance metrics to key internal and external stakeholders. Ability to highlight revenue risks and Return on Investment (ROI).
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience in a similar field.
- Events/Exhibition (Beauty & Cosmetics) experience is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- Arabic speaking.
