Our client, a leading global aviation company is currently looking for a Product Marketing Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development of product and experience brand strategies alongside the Senior Manager. Ensure a cohesive and unified suite of assets is created across the product portfolio, encompassing rich media, stills, and copy for all products and services within the group.
- Collaborate with creative teams to enhance brand identity and optimize brand guidelines to cover branding throughout the entire customer journey.
- Provide brand support to all stakeholders, both internal and external, as needed.
- Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, starting from customer research and agency briefing to creative development, production, post-production, and assessing post-campaign creative performance.
- Coordinate all agency and stakeholder creative review sessions as necessary.
- Manage asset production, including full-cycle shoot management, briefs, shoot schedules, permits, on-shoot guidance, post-production QA, and administrative tasks, with support from production and creative teams.
- Ensure effective stakeholder management, including requirements gathering, feedback management, and approvals, and drive alignment before, during, and after project completion. Act as the brand custodian across the group, providing review and feedback on marketing assets, onboard and on-ground branding, and sponsorship assets to maintain brand consistency.
- Promote brand awareness across the Group and educate staff about the brand, emphasizing how our product and experience embody our brand values.
- Responsible for reporting brand performance as needed, liaising directly with brand insights agencies to provide internal support, scheduling regular brand health meetings, and following up on month-on-month actions.
- Act as the Senior Brand & Product Marketing Manager’s delegate as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in brand and/or marketing roles within matrix and global organizations.
- Strong team player with the ability to cultivate relationships and collaborate across disciplines.
- Excellent negotiation skills and proven conflict resolution ability.
- Quick problem-solving skills, creative thinking ability, and capability to meet localization requirements for diverse markets.
- Understanding of brand-building strategies, differentiation, and consumer insights across brand segments.
- Demonstrated experience in brand roles such as brand or product marketing manager.
- Background in aviation, travel, hospitality, or FMCG roles preferred.
- Attention to detail and strong project management skills.
- University degree required.
