Job Responsibilities:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, focusing on social media, content production, and e-commerce. Your key responsibilities will include:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand clients’ needs and objectives and provide strategic advice.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
Project Management:
- Oversee the execution of social media, content production, and e-commerce projects.
- Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, and ensure they are adhered to.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with clients’ business objectives.
- Identify opportunities for growth and propose innovative solutions to enhance clients’ digital presence.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
- Lead, motivate, and support account executives and coordinators in achieving their goals.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing clients.
- Participate in new business pitches and proposal development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
- 4+ years of account management experience, preferably in a digital creative agency.
- Strong understanding of social media, content production, and e-commerce strategies.
- Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and delivering results.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficient in project management and client relationship software.
- Knowledge of the digital landscape and industry trends.
