As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client relationships and project management, ensuring that we consistently exceed their clients’ expectations.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing client accounts, focusing on social media, content production, and e-commerce. Your key responsibilities will include:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Understand clients’ needs and objectives and provide strategic advice.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our services.

Project Management:

  • Oversee the execution of social media, content production, and e-commerce projects.
  • Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines, and ensure they are adhered to.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.

Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with clients’ business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and propose innovative solutions to enhance clients’ digital presence.

Team Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with the creative and production teams to ensure the successful execution of client campaigns.
  • Lead, motivate, and support account executives and coordinators in achieving their goals.

Performance Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.

Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell agency services to existing clients.
  • Participate in new business pitches and proposal development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of account management experience, preferably in a digital creative agency.
  • Strong understanding of social media, content production, and e-commerce strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client accounts and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in project management and client relationship software.
  • Knowledge of the digital landscape and industry trends.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
