My client are a global Healthcare Technology provider, they have recently grown the business in The UAE market. Due to major growth in The KSA market, they are looking for a Customer Success Executive to join the business and manage the relationships with Key Accounts.
The Role:
As a Customer Success Specialist, you’ll be the cornerstone of client relationships, ensuring that the customers get the most out of their technology solutions. Your role will involve:
- Onboarding & Training: Guide new customers through the setup process and provide comprehensive training on our solutions.
- Customer Support: Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
- Product Advocacy: Share best practices and drive product adoption to ensure customers are realizing the full value of our offerings.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer feedback to our product and development teams to help drive continuous improvement.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a customer success or support role, within the healthcare technology sector.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into easily understandable terms.
- Empathy: A genuine desire to improve the healthcare experience for providers and patients.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with technology and a quick learner when it comes to new software and systems.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals.
