Event Manager

My client, a market leading media business is seeking strong Event Manager with a background in live experiences, activations, and events. In this role you will be managing multiple projects, working to tight deadlines/staying within budget constraints.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with one of the region’s largest media companies who work with amazing global brands and play a huge part in the region’s digital transformation for media.

Responsibilities of the job:

• Negotiating contracts and agreements and managing bookings.
• Liaising with internal and external collaboration.
• Event planning and strategy development
• Managing suppliers, sponsors, and various stakeholders.

Ideal candidate:

• You must have experience developing event strategies and be equally comfortable getting hands-on with production work.
• Modern understanding of the elements that contribute to a successful event, with social-media expertise considered a plus.
• My client is only considering candidates who have Event Management experience.
