Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and Grow your very own MENA based agency
• Business Development to grow the agencies pipeline
• P&L Responsibilities
• Account Management
• Market Entry
• Go to market strategy
• Hiring strategy
• Create a positive working environment that people can thrive within
• With support – Manage operations and finances of the business and ensure these goals are met

Experience Required:

• 10 years + within Marketing/Communications/PR/Digital Agencies
• Experience in pipeline growth and management
• Strong connections and contacts within the MENA region
• Innovative and passionate plans to own and run your own agency
• Strong demonstrated leadership skills
