Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Conducting in-depth market research to unveil new growth avenues.
- Building, coaching, and leading a high-performing sales team focused on KSA.
- Expanding the customer base through effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Reporting on market performance, customer feedback, and key metrics to senior management regularly.
- Identifying strategic partnership opportunities to bolster the company’s presence in the local ecosystem.
- Establishing relationships with key local stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry influencers.
Requirements:
Candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar go-to-market or sales role within a tech firm in KSA.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for scaling startups.
- Strong knowledge of go-to-market strategies and robust negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a talent for relationship-building.
- The capability to operate independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.
