Head of Production – Large Scale Exhibitions

My client, a leading global events company is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as Head of Production in Riyadh.

You will be heading a highly successful team constructing detailed programs with expert speakers, conducting market research, and liaising with the Sales and Marketing teams to drive delegate growth and content quality!

Responsibilities of the job:

• Negotiating with speakers for both virtual and physical events, managing multiyear deals and large-scale budgets.
• Providing mentorship, training, and managing team KPIs.
• Overseeing a diverse production team and collaborating with department heads to strategize year-round commercial growth.
• Project management and enhancing commercial efficiency as well as providing hands on support with on-site duties during the event.
• Spearheading initiatives like webinars, virtual events, ensuring community engagement and impactful content creation.

Ideal candidate:

• You must have a minimum of 7 years experience in conference production heading a team.
• You must have worked for a large scale events or exhibition company.
• This role requires full relocation to KSA, please only apply if you are fully committed to relocating.
