Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Media Sales Manager to join our client’s team. This role is perfect for an experienced media sales professional with a strong background in out-of-home advertising. The Media Sales Manager will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the client base for OOH advertising solutions.
- Client Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and advertising agencies. Provide tailored advertising solutions that meet client needs and objectives.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Generate leads, present proposals, and secure new contracts to grow the agency’s client portfolio.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Use this information to identify new opportunities and stay competitive.
- Campaign Oversight: Manage the end-to-end execution of advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards.
- Reporting: Track and report on sales performance, including sales metrics, campaign outcomes, and market insights. Provide recommendations to enhance future sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure alignment on client objectives and seamless campaign execution.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in media sales, preferably within the out-of-home advertising sector or a related field.
- Skills: Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth. Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of the out-of-home advertising industry, market trends, and client needs.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities with a capacity to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
