Pitch Manager – Events

My client are a leading events agency, that offer large scale events across The UAE and beyond. You will be at the forefront of crafting compelling proposals and presentations that showcase our strengths and win over clients. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver pitches that not only meet but exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end pitch process, from initial client brief to final submission.
• Develop and execute pitch strategies that align with client needs and company objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather insights, data, and materials needed for pitches.
• Craft persuasive and engaging presentations that highlight the unique value proposition.
• Manage pitch timelines and ensure all deliverables are completed to the highest standard.
• Analyze feedback and results to continuously improve the pitch approach and materials.

Previous Experience:

• Proven experience in pitch management, proposal writing, or a related field.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a knack for persuasive storytelling.
• Strong project management abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with experience working across different teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in pitch and presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint, Keynote, etc.).
