We are hugely excited to be partnered with an international fintech software company who have opened an office in Dubai to support local banks and finance providers.
The business are now looking for a Regional Sales Director (based out of UAE) to head up the business development and partnerships with regional banks.
The RSD is the first hire in the region meaning you’ll have the opportunity to build and grow an already successful business and introduce the cutting edge product to banks. This also means you have huge scope for growth, supported by your C-Suite & VP colleagues, you will have the opportunity to build out a team in the future after initially starting off as an in individual contributor growing the business.
Responsibilities:
- Develop sales strategies, and execute and deliver on these.
- Build, maintain and convert a solid pipeline of opportunities to exceed sales objectives and KPIs
- Using a hunter sales approach to develop new business partnerships with banks and financial businesses.
- Represent the company at events, conferences, webinar and social media
- Utilise Salesforce CRM effectively to ensure accurate pipeline and lead management, forecasting and sales reports and activities.
- Work closely with the leadership team and other team members in marketing, engineering and customer success.
Candidate Requirements:
- 7 years + proven experience selling software to enterprise customers including banks and FSI.
- Atleast 5 years selling to customers in the Middle East & Africa region.
- Experience in managing multi-stakeholder sales cycles and closing high ticket value deals.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to thrive and adapt in a fast paced start up environment.
